We know from personal experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesirable downtime. That’s why we’ll do all that for you for free!We’ve got competent administrators whose sole task is to ensure that your web site performs precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on famous web apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: We strive to carry out all website migrations as quickly as possible. Still, we don’t have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are different things that you have to take into account – the actual size of your web site and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We constantly strive to implement each migration within 48 hours. With less sizeable websites, our staff typically manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: Yes. We’ll need to have the name of the web site that you would like us to transfer. We’ll also need a means to access your current web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your website.

A: Your web site will continue to work just like it did before with your former web hosting provider. When we have finished the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our system and we will alert you to preview it. If it is working correctly, all you will have to do is edit the name server records corresponding to your domain. Your site will be transferred over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nah. We will never contact your web hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the web site migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. In essence, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
